- Humsafar reserves the right to adjust fares for tolls, parking, or additional services requested during the trip.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customers may cancel a booking at any time; cancellation charges may apply based on timing and type of service.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the payment method used and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Humsafar is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other staff.
- Any damage to vehicles caused intentionally by passengers will be charged to the customer.
- Humsafar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating laws, engaging in unsafe behavior, or causing harm to drivers, staff, or vehicles.
5. Vehicle and Driver Information
- Vehicles are maintained regularly for safety and comfort.
- Drivers are trained, licensed, and verified by Humsafar Taxi Services.
- Humsafar is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
- Humsafar Taxi Services will make every effort to provide safe, timely, and reliable service but cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Loss or damage to personal items
- Accidents caused by third parties or events beyond our control
- Use of the service is at the customer’s own risk.
